November 2019...
A group of men, fellow believers in Christ, along with their wives gathered in a home on November 3 to pray and share scriptures. A time of comforting, confession, and fellowship became a worship experience. In John 13: 34-35, Jesus recognized us as disciples because of our love for one another. Because of this gathering, we wanted to continue meeting, bring together others who may have scattered and to share the love of Christ with others.

November 17, 2019...
We held our official first corporate gathering at Austin College with 90 people in attendance. It was a sweet refreshing time of worship, prayer, teaching and fellowship. Knowing we needed a name for our new gathering, we quickly settled on Sherman Fellowship Gathering. However we realized that this would only serve as a temporary name until we could determine the perfect name.
